    The mind games start

The Super Series mind games seems to have started as soon as the ICC World XI players landed in Australia. Pollock reminded Aussies of their wounds by saying that he would use England's tactics to keep Australia on the defensive. He went ahead and named Flintoff the key player. I wonder how Robert Key would feel about that!

Lara then jumped in and suggested that Australia's loss in England was was a minor blip and that they would be back on top of their game very soon. Dravid, who is not known for his mind games, made it clear that he didn't think England were the #1 side yet.

In the meanwhile, the ICC World XI, though playing without Flintoff, Vettori and proper helmets, defeated Victoria by a slim margin in their practice match at Melbourne.
