England's best chance to win a series

Given that England haven't won a one-day series (against sides other than Bangladesh & Zimbabwe of course!) away from home for more than eight years, and perhaps despite their drawing the test series minus a lot of key personnel, they may not necessarily be the favourites in the one-day series which started at New Delhi today.

But I reckon that this series presents them the best chance to win. Simply because the side will get immensely weakened when Vaughan returns to the one-day scene after his knee is mended. I know Trescothick is a superb one-day batsman and chances are he'll balance out Vaughan's entry. But Vaughan then becomes skipper, and England can't leave him out ... or can they?!
