Harbhajan questions Chris Broad's decision to report him

Chris Broad, the match referee, has now been involved in a few controversies. We'll find out about how he courted controversy as a player a little while later.

First he reported Murali. Then he looked the other way while McGrath sledged Jayasuriya. Towards the end of 2004, he was unconvinced by Harbhajan's doosra. Earlier this year, he reported Pakistan's Mohammad Hafeez. At Mohali, the perfect cricketing gentleman that he was during his playing days, he hauled up Balaji for over-appealing. Now, despite the ICC, which Broad represents, clearing the delivery, he reported Harbhajan again.

Harbhajan has absolutely no idea why he has been reported again, in spite of going through tests under the aegis of the ICC.

Why is Broad acting thus? Perhaps because he couldnt play slow bowling to save his life? Was he not convinced that the testing process was foolproof? In that case, why should Harbhajan be blamed and called for chucking?

Perhaps he always signs off with "Yours abrasively, Chris Broad"?
