London buses
Seems like 400+ scores have become a bit like London buses. You wait 35 years for the first one and the second one comes up four hours later. Then, within the space of four months, 400 total number 3 was scored in Sri Lanka v Netherlands.
Two more months later, yesterday, South Africa scored 418 against Zimbabwe.
The fourth highest total in a one-dayer is equal to the highest chase in a test.
