    Chucking law needs to be fine-tuned

    Sri Lanka born New Zealand bio-mechanics expert Dr. Rene Ferdinands has analyzed the ICC's smart decision to allow upto 15 degrees of flexion and come to the conclusion that the rule needs to be made tighter to avoid the possibility of increased misuse of this provision by fast bowlers and spinners.
