Breaking news: Pakistan will not co-host the 2011 World Cup

As noted on a twitter update just now, Reuters reports that the ICC has ruled that Pakistan will not co-host the 2011 World Cup.

If you have an opinion about who's to blame for this move, pick from the options below!

    The PCB
    The ICC's double standards
The BCCI and Sri Lanka Cricket
Rest of the world (Australia, England, New Zealand, South Africa & West Indies)
    The Indian Premier League
