A triple century for Stephen Fleming?

Stephen Fleming is, at the time of writing, not out on 261 at Cape Town in the second test against South Africa, who lead the series 1-0.

Will he become the first New Zealand batsman to score a triple century? Martin Crowe's 299 is the highest test score by a Kiwi batsman.

I think Chris Gayle was the last to score a triple century in tests. Correct me if I'm wrong.

James Franklin, who is surely a better batsman than Kyle Mills, is on track for his double century.

Oh, and a warm welcome to Graeme Smith, from Nasser Hussain, Ricky Ponting and Rahul Dravid, for inserting the opposition in and repenting at leisure.

Update: Stephen Fleming has just been bowled by ... Ashwell Prince, who had not taken a wicket in test cricket until today and now has doubled his wickets tally in first-class cricket! This post was well timed, wasn't it?!
