    ICC needs to set its house in order

    Last week Ponting observed that more stringent over-rate rules, as suggested by Rod Marsh, would result in negative cricket, with captains more concerned about getting through the overs quickly rather than take wickets. Ian Chappell hopes Ponting is wrong and has some suggestions for the ICC so that they can implement the necessary changes.
