Rod Marsh asks for tougher action on slow over rates
Rod Marsh has called upon the ICC to get stricter when teams bowl ridiculously slowly. The issue of slow over-rates currently has been discussed quite a few times in these columns. One of our suggestions to improve test cricket would indirectly increase the number of overs a team bowls in a day.
