Until the blocks are lifted
For the last 2-3 days, the entire .blogspot.com domain has been blocked by the Indian government. In case you're unable to get to this blog directly by using the home page URL, you can access it through web based feed readers - Bloglines, Google and My Yahoo!.
Alternately, you could use proxy/anonymizer services at Anonymizer and pkblogs.com, to name a couple.
