ICC denies Times of India report on Ganguly ban
The Times of India is not exactly a newspaper known to verify facts before publishing them. Its online arm, Indiatimes.com, if anything, fares even worse, best exemplified by its gaffe on Aishwarya Rai appearing on the Jerry Springer show.
So when they report that the ICC cocked up Ganguly's ban for his team's slow over rate, we're bound to wake up and smell the coffee and wonder "Hmmm. What have we got brewing here?" As it turns out, nothing much.
The ICC has also denied the allegations.
