    Should the doosra be banned?

Its obvious that the ICC's decision on the 15 degrees of separation means that its ok to throw, as long as the bowler is within the limit. It is also blindingly obvious that off-spinners are the ones getting hauled up most often, primarily because of their doosra. So, is banning the delivery a way out of this quagmire?
