    Thankless Indian cricket fans

For once, I have to agree with Kapil Dev for backing Ganguly. Instead of posting letters to him, creating online petitions and booing him, all of us would do a lot better if we minded our own business and gave Ganguly some more time as he is, after-all, the reason for all our high expectations. Of course, as fans, everyone can have their own opinions. At the same time we should not forget the past and mock him with jokes for his poor string of scores. Its absolutely ungrateful as Arunava Sinha points out.

Great article. I've done something similar on my blog here (http://worma.blogspot.com) mainly on the short-sighedness/prone-to-hype-ness/hypocrisy etc etc of Indian media, and the gullibility of the fans. In the past few days, even my 'rational indian supporter' friends have been taken for a ride by this 'ganguly should go' hype !!! There are worse captains out there....and worse batsmen as well !!! check out :-)
