First over specialist Daryl Tuffey faces misconduct inquiry
Daryl Tuffey, who used to have a superb record taking wickets in the very first over he bowled was taken to the cleaners by Gilchrist at Auckland two weeks ago. He bowled four no-balls, four wides and two boundaries at the start of the game, which set the tone for the remainder of the match.
Now he's in trouble of a different kind. Eyebrows have been raised in NZ Cricket's official circles at some off-field shenanigans he apparently indulged in after snaring early wickets against the FICA XI in January.
