    Indian cricket needs a risk taking environment

    Sandy Gordon's report submitted to the BCCI on the topic of mental toughness among Indian cricketers suggests that while the bulk of the cricketers are very committed and mentally tough, failure and risk-taking must not be frowned upon. Intolerance of mistakes means that Indian cricketers never have the opportunity to learn from King Bruce of Scotland.
