    First the ICC, now the ECB

    Close on the heels of the ICC deciding to move to Dubai, comes the news that the ECB is also following suit. It'd be highly unlikely for the ECB to move to Dubai though, so they're settling for a site close to the ECB Academy. Hmm and the ICC moved near its academy. Copycats!
