Lawrence Booth writes about how England must beware of the 'India syndrome' wherein a team tends to be hopeless in conditions that are unfamiliar to them, and almost unbeatable at home. I think he needs reminding that the India he talks about has won a 'live' test in Australia, something this shining, all-beating England side havent done. Add in India's drawn series in England, a series win in Pakistan and perhaps we ought to be talking about an 'England' syndrome given that barring wins against hopeless West Indies and Bangladesh sides, England havent won an away series for the last three years.
