Cricket Australia is planning to discuss the possibility of asking the ICC to put in a 15-degree upper limit on the hyper-extension of the bowler's elbow. The timing is a little suspect, coming as it does barely ten days before the Australia-Pakistan test series starts. I am fairly sure Cricket Australia will also be secure in the knowledge that Brett Lee will not be investigated, simply because he just wont be bowling!
