Breaking/Brief news

    December 27, 2004

At last, Bangladesh turned a lion on playing their 100th ODI and defeated India by 15 runs. Their fielding probably got them the game after scoring a mediocre 229 in front of a packed crowd at Dhaka. Incidentally, this was the first time they have won at home - thanks to the Indian youngsters' spiritless show, not taking away anything from the Bangladesh effort.

Dav Whatmore, their coach is obviously delighted and is on the verge of screaming "Bring on the Aussies"!
