Breaking/Brief news

    September 13, 2004

As if bent on proving Hayden wrong, India's batsmen are desperately avoiding trying to get into a zone where they can go on and make a century in their ODIs of late. Ganguly's been out twice in the 90s in consecutive games. Laxman got out in the 70s against Kenya. Add in a few 50s by Kaif & Dravid in the NatWest games and you've got a situation where Hayden's salvo may have actually seeded doubts in the minds of India's batsmen.
